Jennifer J. Rhee,  our leading worker’s compensation attorneys, has been licensed for over 10 years and has an impressive background comprised of experience in the field as well as academic successes.

With significant trial experience settling all kinds of novel claims, Ms. Rhee’s legal background is one to be noted. Since 2008, he has tried over 100 worker’s compensation cases and has authored over 20 briefs for the California Court of Appeal on worker’s compensation issues. For cases pertaining to Orange County work injuries, Edward is a skilled and reliable Huntington Beach compensation attorney.

She first began his career at Glenn L Silverii, serving as senior trial attorney,  Now, she is serving LHD’s lead worker’s compensation attorney  as an outside attorney

Ms. Rhee received her Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent School of Law in 2008. Ms. Rhee attended the University of California, Los Angeles for her undergraduate studies and received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honor. During law school, she worked as a law clerk for the Circuit Court of Cook County and handled broad subject areas, including torts, divorces, contract and bankruptcy.

Before entering the practice of Law, Ms. Rhee worked at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith and obtained the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. As an attorney, Mr. Rhee has practiced in the areas of general civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense.
